Established in 2011, the Beretta Kitchen was developed from its sister company Beretta Farms. Founder, Cynthia Beretta started the business with the vision of bringing people together over scrumptious food for a unique farm to fork dining experience. Raised with a traditional Italian attitude of having respect for ingredients and a focus on understanding where your food comes from, it was only natural for Cynthia to translate these beliefs into the core values of the Beretta Kitchen.
Food created from scratch, made with local and organic ingredients whenever possible and the exclusive use of Beretta antibiotic free and organic meats are the foundations of who we are. Catering to corporate clients, major and minor league sports teams and private events like weddings and dinner parties, the Beretta Kitchen proudly serves up delicious and customized ‘farm to fork’ inspired menus for any style of event.
